I currently am d...These seem like good guidelines. I currently am doing my own property management but will be looking into a company to do this for me after I pay the condo off. Right now I don't mind doing it and saving the money. 1% of value seems reasonable for repairs, I need to get better about setting money aside for this though. However, I don't have a specific account that all of the rent monies come into. That is something I plan to change soon. I've only been a landlord for a few years so I'm still learning.
